In 2007 Rohan Dredge felt God calling him to step out of leadership at Shire Live, an AOG church in South Sydney, where he had been effectively managing the leadership of the church as Executive Pastor, and “prepare to lead something”. Rohan was not expecting for that “something” to bring him to Careforce Church, an interstate move.

In January 2009, together with his wife Megan, Rohan moved down to Melbourne after accepting the role of Senior Minister of Careforce Church. In February 2010, Rohan and Megan welcomed a beautiful daughter, Zarriah Grace, into the world.

Since beginning the role as Senior Minister, Rohan has brought a renewed vision and purpose to Careforce. With a vision for the future and a passion for people, he has partnered with us to usher in the next season God has for Careforce Church -  

"To lead people in the passionate pursuit of Jesus".

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

  1. To be a local church to those who desire it.
  2. To spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ by all means of communication, whether visual, verbal, electronic or written, and through the lives of those in the Church.
  3. To provide preaching, teaching and training to foster the growth of Christian faith in all places; to authorise and ordain ministers; to carry on the work of evangelism; to promote missionary work in all places; to plant churches and foster their development and local sovereignty according to this Constitution and By-laws; to encourage and edify the Church to be an effective witness and demonstration of the Lordship of Christ to the whole community.
  4. To develop, erect and maintain church buildings and such other structures as are deemed to be necessary, and to organise and promote such activities as deemed necessary, for the upkeep of such facilities.
  5. To do all such other things as may be considered to be incidental or conducive to the pursuit of the above objectives.
